All Services

Eleven service categories covering the full range of Christian writing and publishing support — from idea to formatted manuscript. Every service is consultation-first.

Service Boundary Notice. None of the services on this page constitute a service agreement, quote, publication commitment, print commitment, pricing offer, doctrinal approval, pastoral endorsement, or acceptance of work. All service relationships begin through a consultation inquiry and are established only through direct consultation.

01

Writing & Ghostwriting

Quoted after consultation

For writers who need a skilled partner to take their ideas, outlines, interviews, sermons, teachings, testimony, or notes and give them written form. The writer provides the source material and direction; the writing partner develops it into manuscript form.

What This Is

Writing a manuscript from raw material provided by the author — ideas, recordings, interviews, outlines, sermons, or notes. The author's voice, message, and direction drive the work.

Who It Is For

Writers who have a clear message or story but do not write, struggle with writing, or want a partner to develop written form from what they already have. Pastors with recorded messages. First-time writers. Anyone with material that needs to become prose.

What It Is Not

Not editing of existing prose. Not doctrinal writing. Not invention of message or content. Not a contract for completed work independent of the author. Not theological approval of the material written.

What Remains Consultation-First

All scope, word count, project length, interview depth, output format, timeline, and service terms are consultation-first. No writing begins without a consultation review.

02

Book Writing Support

Quoted after consultation

For authors who are actively writing their book themselves and need structured support — including direction, chapter feedback, developmental coaching, or a writing partner who keeps them on track without replacing their voice.

What This Is

Collaborative support for an author who is doing the primary writing. May include chapter-by-chapter feedback, structural guidance, developmental input, or writing partnership where the author remains the primary voice.

Who It Is For

Authors who are actively writing their book but want structured support, accountability, or developmental feedback as they write. Writers who need help shaping their manuscript while retaining full authorial control.

What It Is Not

Not ghostwriting where the writer is not themselves producing the draft. Not editing of a completed manuscript. Not a guarantee of completion on any timeline. Not publication acceptance.

What Remains Consultation-First

Support structure, depth of feedback, engagement format, chapter review cadence, and all service terms are consultation-first.

03

Manuscript Development

Assessment from $600

For writers who have existing material — a rough draft, a set of chapters, sermon notes developed into prose, or partial manuscript — that needs structural development, chapter organization, clarity work, and communication strength before editing begins.

What This Is

Developmental work on an existing manuscript: structure, chapter order, argument flow, thematic coherence, section development, transitions, and communication clarity. The manuscript is shaped so it is ready for editing.

Who It Is For

Writers with material that exists but does not yet have strong shape, clear structure, or consistent communication flow. Rough drafts, expanded notes, or early full manuscripts that need development before editing.

What It Is Not

Not ghostwriting from scratch. Not line editing or proofreading. Not publication acceptance. Not doctrinal review or theological approval of the content developed.

What Remains Consultation-First

Scope of development, depth of restructuring, chapter count, format decisions, and all terms are consultation-first.

04

Editing

From $0.03/word

For manuscripts that have strong structure and are ready to be refined at the sentence level — improving clarity, consistency, readability, flow, and communication precision without changing the author's voice or meaning.

What This Is

Line editing and copyediting: sentence clarity, word choice, consistency, paragraph flow, transition strength, voice consistency, and readability. The manuscript's structure is assumed to be in good shape before editing begins.

Who It Is For

Writers whose manuscript is structurally complete and needs refinement at the sentence and paragraph level. Authors who want their voice preserved while their writing is made sharper and clearer.

What It Is Not

Not manuscript development or restructuring. Not proofreading (which happens after editing). Not rewriting the author's content or message. Not doctrinal review or approval of the manuscript's theological claims.

What Remains Consultation-First

Level of editing (light, standard, or deep), scope, word count, timeline, and whether manuscript development is needed first are all consultation-first determinations.

05

Proofreading

From $0.02/word

For manuscripts that have been edited and are near-final — requiring a final pass to correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and obvious formatting errors before the manuscript moves to formatting or publication steps.

What This Is

Final correction of grammar, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, hyphenation, and obvious formatting inconsistencies. Proofreading assumes the manuscript is already edited and structurally complete.

Who It Is For

Writers whose manuscript has been edited and is near-final, needing a final accuracy check before formatting, printing, or distribution steps.

What It Is Not

Not editing (which requires a manuscript not yet in near-final form). Not restructuring or developmental work. Not proofreading a manuscript that still needs substantial editing. Not theological or doctrinal review.

What Remains Consultation-First

Whether the manuscript is genuinely ready for proofreading (rather than editing) is confirmed through consultation. Scope and timeline are consultation-first.

06

Book Setting / Formatting

From $800

For completed, edited, and proofread manuscripts ready to be prepared for print or digital layout — ensuring the manuscript is properly typeset, structured, and formatted for its intended publication output.

What This Is

Typesetting and layout preparation: page design, font selection, chapter heading formatting, margins, spacing, front matter, back matter, and preparation for print-ready or digital-ready output.

Who It Is For

Writers with a completed and proofread manuscript that needs professional layout and formatting before it can be printed or distributed digitally.

What It Is Not

Not printing. Not print fulfilment. Not ordering physical copies. Not guaranteeing print quality, vendor delivery, or distribution. Not editing or proofreading content. Not publication acceptance by any publisher.

What Remains Consultation-First

Format type (print vs digital), trim size, interior design choices, output file format, and all terms are consultation-first. Uganda-local print requirements, where relevant, are also consultation-first.

07

Sermon-to-Book and Teaching Development

Quoted after consultation

For pastors, teachers, and ministry communicators whose spoken word — sermons, teachings, Bible studies, messages, ministry notes — can become a written book or manuscript resource for wider use.

What This Is

Taking recorded sermons, teaching transcripts, audio, notes, or outlines and developing them into structured manuscript form. Includes organization, development of themes, chapter shaping, and preparation for the editing stage.

Who It Is For

Pastors with years of sermons. Bible teachers with teaching series. Ministry communicators whose spoken content has publication value. Leaders who want to extend the reach of messages already delivered.

What It Is Not

Not doctrinal approval or theological review of the sermons or teachings developed. Not endorsement of the content by WOTMI or any affiliated ministry. Not writing of new theology or doctrine. Not pastoral endorsement of the author.

What Remains Consultation-First

Selection of source material, scope of development, output format, manuscript length, and all service terms are consultation-first. Doctrine-sensitive content triggers the escalation path — not review by the service provider.

08

Devotional Development

Quoted after consultation

For writers developing devotionals, daily reading plans, personal reflections, or structured devotional manuscripts — at any stage from initial vision to near-complete draft.

What This Is

Development of devotional content: structuring daily entries, organizing themes across a reading plan, strengthening reflection prompts, developing scripture integration, and building the manuscript's overall flow and consistency.

Who It Is For

Writers at any stage of devotional development — from early vision to draft to near-complete manuscript. Those creating personal, small group, or public devotional resources.

What It Is Not

Not doctrinal approval of the scriptural content, reflections, or theological statements. Not endorsement of the devotional by WOTMI or any affiliated ministry. Not guaranteed distribution or publication acceptance.

What Remains Consultation-First

Length, format, structure type, target audience, publishing pathway, and all terms are consultation-first.

09

Poetry Preparation

Quoted after consultation

For Christian poets preparing a collection, a single major work, or a devotional poetry manuscript — including editing, poem ordering, collection structure, and presentation preparation.

What This Is

Poetry-specific editing and preparation: line editing individual poems, ordering a collection thematically or by movement, developing a collection's arc, preparing a coherent presentation for print or digital output.

Who It Is For

Poets with a body of existing Christian poetry ready for collection, poets developing a single major work, or devotional poets integrating poetry into a larger manuscript.

What It Is Not

Not ghostwriting of poetry. Not prose editing. Not printing of poetry books. Not publication acceptance or distribution guarantee. Not doctrinal approval of the poetic content.

What Remains Consultation-First

Collection scope, ordering approach, design decisions, and all terms are consultation-first.

10

Publishing Guidance / Publication Support

From $800

For writers with a completed or near-complete manuscript who need guidance on publication pathways — understanding the options, what to prepare, and how to approach the publication process. This is pathway guidance only.

What This Is

Publication-readiness assessment, pathway explanation, and planning guidance. Helping writers understand the options available for publishing their manuscript and what preparation each pathway requires.

Who It Is For

Writers with a formatted or near-formatted manuscript who are not yet sure how to proceed with publication — self-publishing, traditional publishing, digital publishing, or local printing where applicable.

What It Is Not

Not guaranteed publication through any channel. Not publishing-house submission or acceptance. Not guaranteed distribution, rankings, reviews, sales, or platform placement. Not print fulfilment or delivery. Not legal advice about rights or contracts. Not WOTMI-backed publication endorsement.

What Remains Consultation-First

All pathway recommendations, guidance depth, and applicable options are consultation-first. No publication promise of any kind is made through this service.

11

Uganda-Local Print Support

Quoted after consultation — conditional

Conditional, consultation-first local print guidance for Uganda-based writers where applicable. This service is not a print fulfilment service, does not publish print prices, and does not make print quantity, delivery, or vendor commitments of any kind.

Important Boundary. Uganda-local print support is conditional and applies only where local print guidance is feasible and relevant to a specific project. It is not universal print fulfilment. It does not apply to writers outside Uganda. It does not create print obligations, vendor arrangements, or delivery promises. All print discussions trigger a mandatory consultation review and, where commercial terms are involved, a separate authorization process.
What This Is

Consultation-first guidance for Uganda-based writers on local print options where applicable — describing what is available, what is relevant to the specific project, and what the process involves. Conditional on feasibility.

Who It Is For

Writers based in Uganda with a formatted manuscript who want to understand whether local print options may be relevant and available for their specific project. Available only through direct consultation.

What It Is Not

Not universal print fulfilment. Not published print pricing. Not guaranteed print quantities. Not confirmed vendor access. Not delivery promises or timelines. Not a service available to writers outside Uganda. Not an alternative to professional print publishing channels.

What Remains Consultation-First

All Uganda-local print support is consultation-first. Whether this support is feasible or available for a specific project is determined through consultation only. No print arrangement is created by submitting an inquiry.
